Local Delivery/Curbside Pick up Info
We are happy to offer a FREE Local Home Delivery for a minimum purchase of $30 before tax is required. We will deliver to the following Cities. Caledonia, York, Hagersville, Jarvis, Fisherville, Cayuga, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Grimsby, Beamsville, Dunnville, Brantford, Mount Hope and Smithville. (There might be rural areas not mentioned, but they must map out to be within 20 kilometers of one of our stores) We will also deliver any 'gift purchase' you have made to your recipients address should it fall in these locations.
How it works: We will make deliveries twice a week on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday at midnight will be delivered on Friday. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday at midnight will be delivered on Tuesday. (Please be advised, there could be changes to delivery dates as the lockdown continues. We will post here if this happens!)
We will package up your order and deliver it to your front porch/door area on the designated day. This will be a contact less delivery. Should you have any additional special instructions on where you would like it left, please indicate in the notes section of the order. If you live in an apartment that requires us to be buzzed in, someone must be home to do so on delivery days as only one delivery attempt will be made. (Please leave buzzer code in notes)
If you are sending a gift to someone (bless you!) please indicate their address in the notes section of the order and their name.
Sending Gifts: If you wish to send them a card with the order, we have a great selection of cards for you to choose from. Simply add it to your order and in the notes section, let us know what you would like us to write in the card.
If you are unable to find the 'right' card for your gift, we can fill out a note card for you with your message. Simply detail this in the notes field of your order.
Curb Side Pick up and Expected Turnaround time on pick up orders
We currently offer Curb Side Pick for both stores At this time, we will have 2 days a week with a limited time frame when we are scheduled in store to faciliate curbside.Tuesday and Saturday 10-1. When we recieve your order and have information as to when it will be ready, you will receive email back. If you wish curbside pick up, when you arrive at the store, please call your pick up store with your order number and we will bring your package out to you as soon as we are able**:
Please note, if the stock is not in the store you selected for pick up, there will be a delay in having your order ready. Depending on when you order, it can take up to 5 business days to move the stock from one location to another to fulfill orders. Typically it is closer to 2-3 days, however there are times it will be up to the 5 business day window. We will email to advise you when it will be ready for pick up!
Select your "Shipping" Option Carefully at Checkout
Please choose your 'Shipping Method Carefully" There is a drop down box at checkout that you select from. Unfortunatley we are unable to change this after you have submitted your order. When we are asked to change this, we have to manually track and this has lead to too many errors and we hate dissapointing you, so will not be able to make changes once submitted. If you need your order cancelled so you can select the right method, please email us at email@example.com. We will cancel your order and you can resubmit it with the correct method.
