Shipping will be determined at checkout by address. Please note, all duties and taxes, if relevant are not included in shipping fee and must be paid by you as determined by your import country
*Returns that received Free Shipping: Please note, as a small business, offering Free Shipping is something we want to do for our customers, but comes at a cost to us as a small business. We are happy to absorb this cost for you to facilitate your order(s). However, in the event you return the stock, we are in a situation where we lose money, which is not an ideal situation to be in and simply put, not one which we can afford to do. If you return your order that you received free shipping on, either $10 (Ontario) or $12 (Rest of Canada) will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the shipping to you. If you return a partial order, we will evaluate what shipping you would have qualified for based on the items you are keeping and adjust accordingly.
Shipping Details if your order has stock from more than one location
Please note that if the items in your order are split between our two locations, and you qualify for free shipping, there may be a slight additional processing time of an 1 to 3 days to allows us to bring the orders together for shipping.

Shipping Times Approx
During our winter months, when we are closed on Monday, if you order anytime Friday to Monday, your order will be packaged on Tuesday and in most circumstances picked up by the courier on Wednesday.
Store Pick up and Expected Turnaround time on pick up orders
We currently offer Store Pick for both locations. Typically your order will be ready for pickup the same or next day after ordering. You will receive an email when it is ready and can then proceed to the store at your convenience during our business hours.
Upon arrival, please proceed into the store for your pick up order if you wish, or if you would like curbside, please park directly in front of the store and call.
*If you are requesting a curb-side pickup - please be patient as you may need to wait a few minutes for your order to be bought out to you! Our team member may be assisting a customer already inside but will bring your order out to you as soon as they are able.
If you are sending a gift to someone (you thoughtful person you ;) !) please write their address as the shipping address. If you wish to send them a card with the order, we have a great selection of cards for you to choose from. Simply add it to your order and in the notes section, let us know what you would like us to write in the card.
If you are unable to find the 'right' card for your gift, we can fill out a note card for you with your message. Simply detail this in the notes field of your order.

Alternatively returns can be brought back to either store.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund on regular price items to original payment method (in the case of shipping, they must be sent within 14 days of purchase). Any returns made beyond this window will be refunded back onto a gift card.
SALE items are not eligible for refunds. However, if you return within 7 days, we will return it for a store gift card. After 7 days on sale items, we can no longer take them back. (Note, some SALE items will be final SALE and these will be clearly indicated)
