Shipping, Local Delivery, Pickup & Returns
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $150 (pre-tax) Canada-wide! On orders below $150, we offer $12 flat rate shipping Canada-wide.
*Please note that if the items in your order are split between our two locations, there will be a delay of up to 3-4 business days before we are able to ship your order (as we will need time to bring all of the items from one store). You can check the availability of stock between our locations on each product’s page by clicking the “ View store information” button.
Free Local Delivery
We are happy to offer a FREE Local Home Delivery for a minimum purchase of $40 before tax is required. We will deliver to the following Cities. Caledonia, Waterdown, York, Hagersville, Jarvis, Fisherville, Cayuga, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Brantford, and Mount Hope.
Please NOTE: There might be rural areas not mentioned, but they must map out to be within 20 kilometers of our Caledonia store. And note we do not deliver to all rural areas so please check in with us when in doubt. For example, we service Waterdown main areas but do not do rural Waterdown or Flamborough at this time) Because our website software runs off postal codes, you may share a postal code with another area that does get delivery but your address does not. Being able to select Free Local delivery does not guarantee we deliver to your address. If you do not meet the above criteria, please select shipping or store pick up as we will be unable to delivery. Thank you so much!
We will also deliver any 'gift purchase' you have made to your recipients address should it fall in these locations.
How it works:
We currently make deliveries each week on Thursday. The deadline to place your orders for a Thursday deliver are Tuesday at midnight.
You can only qualify for FREE LOCAL DELIVERY If the product you select is located in our Caledonia location, as this is where all deliveries leave from. You can check product availability on the bottom of the product page (Under "View Store Information").
We will package up your order and deliver it to your front porch/door area on the designated day. This will be a contact less delivery. Should you have any additional special instructions on where you would like it left, please indicate in the notes section of the order. If you live in an apartment that requires us to be buzzed in, someone must be home to do so on delivery days as only one delivery attempt will be made. (Please leave buzzer code in notes)
You will receive a confirmation of your order after placing. This will be the only follow up your receive unless there are questions from us regarding your order or there are issues fulfilling it. If not, please expect your delivery on the day you qualify for. We do not guarantee delivery times as our routes vary, but can guarantee that your delivery will arrive by the end of the delivery day! You will receive an email message when your order has been delivered.
Store Pick up and Expected Turnaround time on pick up orders
We currently offer Store Pick for both locations. Typically your order will be ready for pickup the same or next day after ordering. You will receive an email when it is ready and can then proceed to the store at your convenience during our business hours.
Upon arrival, please proceed into the store for your pick up order if you wish, or if you would like curbside, please park directly in front of the store and call.
*If you are requesting a curb-side pickup - please be patient as you may need to wait a few minutes for your order to be bought out to you! Our team member may be assisting a customer already inside but will bring your order out to you as soon as they are able.
If you are sending a gift to someone (you thoughtful person you ;) !) please write their address as the shipping address. If you wish to send them a card with the order, we have a great selection of cards for you to choose from. Simply add it to your order and in the notes section, let us know what you would like us to write in the card.
If you are unable to find the 'right' card for your gift, we can fill out a note card for you with your message. Simply detail this in the notes field of your order.
Select your "Shipping" Option Carefully at Checkout
Please choose your 'Shipping Method Carefully". At checkout you may see shipping & curb-side options - if you wish to choose Free Local Delivery you must click shipping first & then enter your address! Unfortunately we are unable to change the delivery/pickup method after you have submitted your order, so please double check you have made the correct selection before submitting your order. When we are asked to change this, we have to manually track and this has lead to too many errors and we hate disappointing you, so will not be able to make changes once submitted. If you need your order cancelled so you can select the right method, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your order and you can resubmit it with the correct method. Alternatively returns can be brought back to either store.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund to original payment method (in the case of shipping, they must be sent within 14 days of purchase). Any returns made beyond this window will be refunded back onto a gift card.
