Returns On Regular Priced Merchandise
We will glady provide a refund on any regular priced item within 7 days of purchase. Please note, items must be unworn with tags still attached.
For shipping orders - the 7 day return period begins the day you shipment is delivered, and the items must be shipped back to us (with tracking sent to email@example.com) by day 7!
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Returns on SALE product
Any SALE products are not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged or you will receive a gift card for the value IF the item is returned to us within 7 days. Any exchanges beyond the 7 day period will be denied. Please note, items must be unworn with tags still attached.
- When we are in FINAL Clearance or deep discounts over 50% off the regular price, SALE product will be Final SALE but this will be clearly stated when you shop the collection for these items on the relevant collection page.

*Please include a slip of paper with your return including your full name & order number. Upon sending a return, please email us a tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org (noting your order number in the subject line). As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipments, so you are required to ship items back at your own cost.
Alternatively returns can be brought back to our Caledonia Store.
*Returns that received Free Shipping: Please note, as a small business, offering Free Shipping is something we want to do for our customers, but comes at a cost to us as a small business. We are happy to absorb this cost for you to facilitate your order(s). However, in the event you return the stock, we are in a situation where we lose additional money on the shipping, which we cannot afford as a small business. If you return your order that you received free shipping on, either $10 (Ontario) or $12 (Rest of Canada) will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the shipping to you. If you return a partial order, we will evaluate what shipping you would have qualified for based on the items you are keeping and adjust accordingly.
