We are very excited to reward you with both loyalty points and referral discounts as part of our VIL program!
How Do I Earn Points?
Whether you shop in store or online, you MUST have an online account on Bella-Coop.com to continue to earn loyalty & be able to view your balance online. So, if you have not already done so, please do register ASAP so you don't miss out on earning any rewards. (And please be on the lookout for an email asking you to confirm activation as these can sometimes go into your SPAM folder. Please note, when you place an online order it does NOT automatically sign you up for an account, you still need to register for it!)
Points earned on EVERY Purchase: You will earn points on every purchase you make, both in store and online! So long as the sale/order goes under our correct account, it will tabulate automatically.
Birthday Points: We also offer a $5 birthday credit! All you have to do to take advantage of this offer is click the "Ways to Earn" button under the VIL Rewards Menu & select "Birthday"! Simply enter your birthday (this must be done at least 30 days before your birthday), and you will automatically earn 200 points ($5) on your birthday!
How do I redeem my points?
When redeeming points online, click on the VIL Rewards icon on the bottom right side of the screen. If you are not already logged into your account, this will prompt you to log in! Once logged in, re-open the VIL Rewards icon.
Select "Ways to Redeem".
There will be a button that you can slide over to choose how much loyalty you would like to redeem. Select the amount you wish to redeem, and hit redeem!
This will generate a one-time discount code. You copy this code in at the checkout process and it will deduct that value from your order! *please note - once you hit redeem, the points will be removed from your account and will be loaded onto the discount code! So if you don't intend to use it right away - make sure to make note of the discount code!
Please note, you cannot use loyalty redemption in combination another discount code as the system will only accept one code at a time!
Referral Rewards: Earn additional rewards for recommending us to others! We adore you all for supporting us and being part of our brand and helping us stay in business to do what we love! And we would love for you to share our online store with others who might also like what they see! You are our best brand ambassadors and so many of you naturally share your love of our store with others! Now we want to reward you for doing so!
Every time you refer a NEW* customer to us and they make a purchase, you will get an exclusive discount code for 20% off your next purchase! And they will also get 20% off their first purchase with the code you will send them!
So no matter where they live, they can discover Bella & Coop. With free shipping over $150 and flat rate shipping of $12, they can shop all the latest and greatest finds hassle free!
*A "New" customer is someone who has not made a purchase in our store at any time in past. If they have, the discount code you sent them will not work.
Please also note, the creation of 'new accounts' using new emails is not a legitimate way to get or claim rewards. All this does is cause an immense amount of issues for us technically by creating duplicate accounts which in turn makes managing our loyalty system a tad too challenging! Therefore, please note:
- We will not 'merge' any loyalty between 2 accounts in the system.
- We will disable all loyalty for any accounts that we flag as being duplicate with new email details in order to obtain a discount coupon. This includes the new account and any current account, from which all loyalty would be forfeited.
*Please note, our VIP rewards program is one of the ways we try to make our customer feel special and reward them for supporting us. The program is not guaranteed to be available indefinitely and the loyalty points have no cash value if the program is terminated for any reason. This is the fine print we must include, not because we have any intention of changing the loyalty program upon writing this, but because, in this day and age, we need to protect ourselves and keep our beautiful customers informed. What will never change is our desire to make you feel special!
