Care: Gold Plated jewelry's is a great way to get the look without breaking the bank! It is important however to practice proper care of your plated jewelry to ensure it stays bright and tarnish free. 

Here are just a few tips:

1. Remove your jewelry before you swim in chlorine or salt water.
2. Do not submerge your jewelry in any water. Moisture will cause the plating to deteriorate over time 
3. Remove your jewelry before participating in activities that will cause you to sweat a lot.
4. Wait to put on your jewelry until after you have applied lotion, makeup or perfume.
5. Remove jewelry if you will be bringing it into contact with something hard. (For example, take off your ring before lifting weights.)
6. Store your plated jewelry where it won’t rub against other hard substances (a soft bag—one per piece of jewelry—is ideal).
