Rosemary Turmeric Lentil (Detox Soup)
With the detoxifying spices and herbs of tumeric, ginger, cayenne, rosemary and fennel, this soup complements and augmnets the detoxifying process and is an excellent addition to the journey towards optimum health.
Ingredients: Green Split Peas, Green Lentils, Brown Rice, Spices, Herbs, Garlic, Onion, Organic Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper.

Directions: Combine jar's contents and 8 cups of water in a soup pot. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat and simmer on medium low for just over an hour, or until peas and lentils are tender.
Tasty Tips: Once the soup is finsihed cooking, add a can of coconut milk and sauteed garlic and onions. Garnish with a lemon slice.
